We accept:​ We have 3 talk formats: Session times are 45 minutes (including Q&A) Lightning Talks are 20 minutes (including Q&A). Workshops typically last 90 minutes (including Q&A).

Ensure your title and description match, define key takeaways, specify your experience level, mention if you’ve given the talk before, include relevant keywords, and consider if you can serve as a moderator.​

Yes! Bring your own black, 100% cotton textile (e.g., tote, shirt) - black works best because we’re using white ink to our on-site screen printing workshop and get a unique Fluttercon Europe design printed. Choose between two exclusive 2025 designs, printed in a roughly A4 size — so make sure your textile is big enough to fit the print! This initiative helps reduce textile waste and allows you to create a personalised souvenir.​ Less waste, more style!
